Pump, Tank & Filtration Installations

At VVH Borehole Drilling, we pick pumps very carefully. We look at how much water they can bring out and what our clients need. Also, we make sure that using these pumps doesn’t make your electricity bill go up a lot. Plus, we always have an expert electrician and plumber at the site. They make sure the wires and pipes are set up right, just like the rules say. After everything is done, it’s easy to agree that the wires and pipes are good.

But, there are lots of things we need to think about before we can make the right system. Like:

  1. What will the system be used for? Like for being off the grid or watering plants.
  2. Exactly where will we put the system?
  3. How much water needs to come out and how strong should it be?
  4. How does the place look? And more.

borehole water treatment

We believe in giving you complete water solutions that will make you very happy. In fact, we don’t just do borehole drilling and put in pumps. We also help with treating water, give advice, and set up equipment for you.

Here’s what we can help you with:

  1. Checking Borehole Water Quality: We test the water from boreholes to make sure it’s safe and good to use.
  2. Advice on Treating Water: We guide you on how to clean and make water safe.
  3. Water Filters: We have systems that clean out dirt from water so it’s ready to use.
  4. Water Purifiers: Our systems remove bad stuff from water, making it really clean.

We want to make sure you’re happy with the water you have, and that’s why we offer all these solutions.

The procedure of borehole drilling

geological location

  1. Checking the Ground: First, we look at the land and what it’s made of. We find the right spot and depth for digging a water well.
  2. Getting the Drilling Gear Ready: Once you’ve paid, we bring the drilling gear from our base to where we’ll dig.
  3. Borehole Drilling Services and Setting Up: When we’re on-site, our rig goes over the area the water expert picked for digging. The rig uses a bit and hammer to break the ground. Rods push the drill further down.

We keep drilling until we reach the depth we need. Sometimes, we hit water while drilling. Once we’re deep enough, we put a cover around the hole.

  1. Checking the Water This part is important. We test the water to make sure it’s safe to use. This test takes about a day.

  2. Keeping the Hole Safe We add strong lids on top and cover the hole to keep it safe.

  3. Collecting Water If you want, we can also set up tanks and a tower for collecting water. We’ll connect them with pipes to get the water where you need it.

The Geology
The rock formations in an area affect how long and how much we need to spend on the borehole drilling. Some ground might be too soft, causing the borehole walls to cave in. This makes it hard to put a case around it or remove the equipment.

Other boreholes might have tough rock that takes a while to break through. Our drillers know a lot about different types of formations and use different methods to handle the rocks. All these challenges affect the cost of the borehole.

Location Matters
Where the borehole is compared to our base affects how much it costs to bring the equipment to the site.

Borehole Size
A hydrogeologist does the first check and tells us how deep the borehole should be. We use meters to measure this.

Cost of Lining and Packing
We charge for every meter of Plastic or Steel casing we put around the borehole. The casing keeps the walls from falling and bad things from getting into the water. We also put gravel around the casing so the water can get through but not the dirt.

Pump it Up
We put in a pump that goes underwater. Which pump we use depends on how deep the borehole is, how much water comes out, and how strong it comes out.

Testing the Water
We check what’s in the water to see if it’s okay to use. Sometimes, the water is so clean that people buy it. Other times, people use the water for homes, building, or business. We make sure you have the right amount of good water through our tests.
